Kelly Services has a 6-month onsite contract opening for a Warehouse Operator in New Century, KS 64031. The first shift runs 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with a pay rate of $18 per hour.

Responsibilities include warehouse operations, material movement, inventory, and safety compliance. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift 50 lbs., and have warehouse or related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed High School Degree or GED.
• Ability to routinely push/pull 50 lbs. without accommodation.
• Warehouse, manufacturing, shipping and receiving backgrounds preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Primary Location: New Century, KS 64031

6-month contract - Onsite role

1st Shift (7am - 3:30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Performs warehouse operations duties including moving/storing/inventorying.
• Uses equipment such as forklifts, storage equipment, etc. to move/store materials order pulling and receiving inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain safe working environment, utilize appropriate safety equipment and proactively improve the safety culture of the department.
• Maintain processing area and equipment in a clean, sanitary and presentable condition; adhere to good Manufacturing Practices and exemplary housekeeping standards.
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a team to solve problems, develop procedures, and recommend improvements.
