Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Warehouse Associate III in Aurora, OH for a temporary (potential temp-to-perm) position on the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role focuses on receiving, storing, picking, staging, and distributing materials for assembly/manufacturing in the medical technology sector.

Pay is $20/hour with potential for permanent placement after the contract period. The candidate will perform standard warehouse tasks, including cycle counts and kit deliveries to production, while

About the Role:

Summary

This position offers the opportunity for hands‑on warehouse experience supporting production and order fulfillment in the medical technology sector. Excellent candidates may be considered for permanent employment after the contract period.

Role Summary

Executes receiving, storing, picking, staging, and distribution of materials required for the assembly/manufacturing of products. Performs standard warehouse activities such as raw material receiving, put‑away, restocking, kit picking, and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts.
• Pick parts/products or pack shipments, ensuring accuracy of identification and quantity.
• Fill kits and deliver to production as required.
• Quantify and verify cycle count.
• May work in Decon area: unpack, disinfect, and disposition returned product.
• Comply with EHS Quality System regulations and policies.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak in local language.
• Proficient in basic mathematics.
• Ability to communicate well and work with others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to consistently stand/walk for several hours and lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
