Hourly Pay/Shift

Warehouse Operator hourly pay is $20.00 for 1st shift. 2nd and 3rd shifts have a $1.50 shift differential.

Work Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am - 2:30pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10:30pm
• 3rd Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10pm - 6:30am
• Overtime as needed

Job Purpose

The Warehouse Operator performs routine and complex tasks, operating sophisticated equipment under supervision. Supports manufacturing by managing raw materials, finished goods, and waste across the production floor and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull finished goods from storage
• Store raw materials
• Operate forklift safely
• Load/unload trucks
• Follow pick lists and BOLs
• Operate pumps for tankers
• Set up and clean up tasks
• Participate in safety programs, 5S, and daily checklists
• Handle inventory according to procedures, verify shipments, manage returned/damaged/obsolete materials
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace with PPE and discipline
• Organize warehouse and external storage
• Contribute to safety, security, and environmental activities
• Follow shipping regulations (DOT, DHS, TSCA, CT-PAT)
• Manage storage and supply of materials for production, following safety guidelines

Level of Autonomy

• Follow written procedures and complete authorized tasks
• Can halt work for safety or quality concerns

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old
• Forklift certification
• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Strong reading, math, and communication skills
• Safety conscious and able to follow directions
• Good judgment, self-motivated, adaptable

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50-70 pounds
• Stand for 8-10 hours
• Work on elevated platforms and access stairways
• Arm-hand steadiness and near vision
