Job description

Our Molex facility in Lincoln, NE is currently seeking contribution-motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operators. In this role, you will pick, pack, and prepare shipments for all direct customers.

Shift:

3rd Shift, Sun-Thurs, 10:00 pm - 6:30 am

What You Will Do

1. Help maintain department inventory accuracy at 98% or better.
2. Follow all work instructions and DPROs for each applicable warehouse process.
3. Possess a working knowledge of warehousing methods.
4. Responsible for on-time shipping, including packing, scanning, labeling, or other duties to prepare shipments.
5. Operate warehouse equipment after certification in a safe manner; complete all inspections timely.
6. Maintain an attitude of “SAFETY and QUALITY FIRST” while performing job functions; take appropriate actions if observing safety or quality issues.
7. Follow all compliance regulations to maintain C-TPAT certification for Molex-Lincoln warehouses.
8. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 2+ years manufacturing experience.

What Will Put You Ahead

• 2+ years warehouse experience.
