Role Summary

As Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for assembling materials for customer orders, receiving products, and maintaining safety and quality standards within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

1. Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials and unload/load products.
2. Receive, sort, and store incoming products.
3. Document customer returns and record shipments and receipts in the system.
4. Label materials with inventory codes.
5. Report safety, product, or customer concerns.
6. Assist with inventory counts and organize the warehouse for safety and cleanliness.
7. Perform routine maintenance and ensure safety standards are met.
8. Maintain accessibility and safety for staff and visitors.
9. Handle last-minute or unscheduled deliveries as needed.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification.
• Preferably, one or more years of warehouse experience.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Work in various weather conditions.
• Walk long distances repeatedly.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Operate material handling equipment.
