Job description

Warehouse Operator – Pay: $26.50 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour (if applicable). Shift & Working Hours: Mon‑Thu 3:15PM‑1:45AM; Fridays/Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink‑wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Able to multi‑task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast‑paced environment
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Must be a successful forklift operator (certification required)

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and respectful attitude

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of warehousing work experience
• Forklift experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
• Frequent movement: walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements
• Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Work in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
