• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Successful forklift certification required.

Flex Warehouse Operator Pay: $24.45 per hour Shift & Working Hours: This role is part of our Flex Manufacturing Program. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, where you can choose your schedule. Typical hours worked per week will usually be between 16-29 hours, but this may vary based on location. In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow. Physical Requirements

Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds. Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements. Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment. Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present. Required to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime.
