Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or volunteer coordination is preferred.
• Ability to operate standard computer programs and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Store, stage, pack, rotate, and restock food products following storage, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain organized pick locations and replenish as needed.
• Verify large delivery orders for accuracy prior to distribution.
• Assist with recalls and monitor compliance with safety standards.
• Set up and supervise volunteer work areas and orientations.
• Provide excellent customer service to volunteers and partners.
• Train volunteers on proper packing and safety procedures.
• Ensure clean, safe, and compliant warehouse/volunteer spaces.
