Job summary

CMA CGM Group operates a CEVA Logistics facility in Millington, Tennessee, seeking a Material Handler III / Operations Team Lead for the 1st shift. You will oversee clerks, packers, and material handlers, ensuring smooth daily functions and timely reporting. Strong leadership and basic technical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet, and job-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and coordination to management.
• Manage a variety of records, electronic and paper. Generate reports.
• Communicate with a variety of sources including the customer via fax, email, paper, telephone and in person.
• Lead clerks, packers, material handlers and pickers, ensuring operations are running properly.
• Perform special projects as directed by supervisor and management staff.
