Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED plus warehouse experience.
• Forklift Certification typically required within 3–6 months of hire.
• Able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Basic proficiency in internet, web-based and job-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Execute manual labor: picking inventory, counting cargo, staging and loading goods.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials within the area.
• Sort and place materials on racks and shelves according to characteristics; multi-cell operations.
• Potential lead operator duties; train new hires as needed.
• Operate forklift when required and fully trained.
• Complete forms and labels to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identify and help resolve operational or service concerns.
