Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Material Handler (pick/pack/ship) in Memphis, TN. This role involves warehousing duties such as packaging, receiving, storing and shipping materials while keeping accurate records. The 1st shift runs 6:00 AM to 2:40 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service or forward logistics operation is a plus.
• Clerical skills and written/verbal communication abilities are valued.

Responsibilities

• Executes foundational warehouse tasks including packing, unpackaging, put away, sorting, staging, picking, shipping and preparing units for production.
• Cut open boxed inventory and place on the appropriate shelf.
• Wrap cords neatly and securely for easy identification.
• Complete required paperwork and digital records accurately and promptly for documentation purposes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow warehouse safety regulations.
• Meet or surpass daily production and quality goals.
