Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• 5+ years in Warehouse industry or related field; 2+ years leadership experience; 1+ year forklift experience
• MS Office proficiency; Warehouse Management System experience a plus; AS400 experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan and staff warehouse operations to meet customer needs.
• Supervise shipping, receiving, storing, and related activities.
• Maintain food-grade sanitation and SOPs; ensure documentation.
• Report productivity, safety, staffing, and organization metrics to leadership.
• Develop and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Coach and develop team members; train new hires and retrain staff.
