Job summary

NFI Industries in Hazleton, PA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to coordinate and supervise all daily warehouse activities under the direction of the Operations Supervisor.

You will direct work assignments, oversee receiving, put away, picking and loading, and provide hands-on support with material handling and forklift operations, while driving safety, quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work under stress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Work with shift leadership to achieve goals.
• Oversee receiving, put away, picking, and loading.
• Provide hands-on support in material handling and forklift duties.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Train new and current employees on SOPs and WIs.
• Maintain organized, clean warehouse and proper inventory labeling.
• Assist in staging orders for delivery.
