Job summary

Accelera in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to act as the central hub for supply chain efficiency, balancing daily workflows and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. You will leverage your experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data analysis to optimize dock performance, monitor labor, and drive high service standards for clients.

This on-site role collaborates with operations leadership to refine slotting and work zone assignments and supports

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting and data management.
• Demonstrated experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to train staff on system processes and provide technical troubleshooting support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order allocation and release workflows to maximize warehouse throughput and operational productivity.
• Proactively resolve inventory shortages and manage order cuts to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Direct and prioritize tasks for floor personnel to maintain efficient inbound and outbound dock operations.
• Utilize WMS tools to monitor dock performance and generate labor reports for management review.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to refine work zone assignments, product velocity zones, and slotting strategies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system troubleshooting to enhance overall facility performance.
