Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Saint Petersburg, FL location. You will direct shipping, receiving, inventory control, and equipment maintenance while enforcing safety programs and SOPs.

You will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate with other departments, and handle inquiries, discrepancies, and reporting. A background in warehouse supervision and strong communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating, and follow-up skills.
• Effective communication (oral and written).
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and safety programs per OSHA standards.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures; manage disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and resolve issues.
• Prepare activity reports and monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping documents, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
• Execute the Storage Buy AuditCOP and ensure proper product storage and rotation.
