Creative Werks in Bartlett, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy and related documentation. You will train and manage forklift operators and clerks, enforce safety standards, and coordinate handoffs between shifts to keep production moving smoothly.

The role emphasizes GMP compliance, accurate records, and proactive problem-solving to meet quality, safety and cost targets.

Formación

• Associates degree or five years of warehouse experience with two or more years in a leadership role.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SAP and food safety practices (SQF/HACCP) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises forklift lead, operators and warehouse clerks in warehouse activities.
• Oversees shipping/receiving, ensures shipment accuracy and proper supporting docs.
• Provides training, planning, and performance feedback to hourly staff.
• Ensures safety, GMP compliance, and timely reporting to management.
• Plans staffing for shifts to meet product mix and seasonal demand.
