Job summary

DRiV, the aftermarket business group of Tenneco, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Smyrna, TN to oversee the Distribution Center's daily operations, including receiving, inventory, and shipping. You will lead a team under the Operations Manager, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of supervisory experience, familiarity with lean and 5S, and solid MS Office and logistics knowledge.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a supervisor role required.
• Prior multi-shift distribution center experience preferred.
• Understanding of lean production, shipping and 5S.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Technical knowledge of logistics processes (flow, cost, safety, quality).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Distribution Center, including receiving, inventory, and shipping.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise team performance to meet schedules.
• Enforce safety practices and 5S standards; promote continuous improvement.
• Support Operations Manager with issue resolution and process improvements.
• Occasionally work additional shifts to cover peak periods.
