DRiV Incorporated in Smyrna, TN, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Distribution Center, manage receiving, inventory, and shipping under the guidance of the Operations Manager. You will lead a warehouse team, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across shifts.

The role requires 3+ years in a supervising position, knowledge of lean/5S, SAP or Manhattan experience a plus, and strong MS Office skills.

Formación

• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Lean manufacturing and 5S knowledge.
• Strong MS Office and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of SAP or Manhattan WM software is a plus.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise shipping schedules.
• Ensure safety, standards, and SOP execution.
• Support Operations Manager in problem resolution.
• Cover additional shifts as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement in the warehouse.
• Promote 5S standards and CI initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional teams.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement changes.
