Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
• Strong time management, organizational, planning and self-motivation skills.
• MHE experience or desire to learn MHE.
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with shift leadership to accomplish shift goals.
• Oversees and coordinates warehouse processes such as receiving, put away, picking, and loading of products.
• Directs work assignments to employees.
• Provide daily hands-on support in Material Handling and Forklift responsibilities.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership.
• Communicate problems, concerns, and ideas to management and assist in solutions.
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment.
• Train new and current employees on SOPs and WIs.
• Keep warehouse clean and orderly and maintain inventory labeling.
• Assist in staging orders for delivery and ensure proper storage locations.
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
