Job summary

• Ability to operate a forklift or obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee work assignments to meet inbound and outbound service requirements.
• Direct achievement of performance objectives related to productivity, quality, service, and safety.
• Monitor workflow, completion, error rates, and related metrics; take corrective action.
• Ensure procedures are observed, implemented, and enforced.
• Maintain accuracy of time, attendance, and performance records.
• Establish and monitor performance standards for warehouse functions (pick, pack, ship).
• Develop and document warehouse processes and training programs.
