Job summary

The candidate will manage payroll, training, and compliance while optimizing daily workflows to meet customer demand. The position requires 3+ years of warehouse experience, proficiency with WMS and HighJump, and strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in WMS and HighJump systems.
• 2+ years of MS Excel, MS Word, and email experience.
• Leadership and team-management abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for durations.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Monitor performance, provide training and mentorship, and delegate tasks.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs and report findings to upper management.
• Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with sales, customer service, marketing, and finance.
• Payroll Administration: Review payroll, manage overtime and attendance before approval.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure warehouse cleanliness per standards.
• Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality policies to minimize complaints.
• Safety & Compliance: Oversee safety protocols and coordinate with EHS teams.
