Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Familiarity with logistics software and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities within the assigned area, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and distribution.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse leads and associates; conduct training and performance evaluations.
• Analyze and improve operational processes to reduce bottlenecks, cut costs, and optimize resources.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards; promote a safety-first culture.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and rotation; supervise audits and counts.
• Generate reports on department performance and provide insights to senior management.
• Focus on meeting customer service standards through timely, accurate, and reliable performance.
