Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Distribution to lead a frontline team and optimize warehouse operations in the United States. You will coach staff, ensure safety compliance, monitor KPIs, and report performance to management while working to improve efficiency and throughput.

The role emphasizes collaborative leadership, process improvement, and a strong safety culture as the organization continues to expand its North American network of facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, providing coaching and support.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, provide reports and analysis to management with recommendations.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
