Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics

• Working knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
• Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse, dock, logistics, and fulfillment operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety goals are achieved.
• Schedule and manage labor, equipment, and resources to meet operational demands while controlling costs.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop warehouse associates to improve performance and maintain operational standards.
• Monitor loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA, and all workplace safety regulations.
• Conduct facility inspections, equipment checks, and safety meetings to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with Operations Management and cross-functional departments to support business objectives and customer requirements.
• Resolve operational, employee, and customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
