Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 2 years Warehouse Supervisory experience; OR 5 years Warehouse Supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
• Related training or certification.
• Experience working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
• Expense control and implementing safety initiatives.
• Train others to assist in warehouse functions.
• Manage product loading and housekeeping.
• Recommend discipline to Warehouse Supervisor/Manager/Director regarding work rule violations.
• Track daily picking standards for warehouse associate productivity.
• Check in drivers ending inventory through driver’s hand held.
• Check bulk picking orders for accuracy.
• Pull bulk orders for warehouse pickers as needed.
• Covers delivery supervisors’ responsibilities on Monday.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
