• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, coordinate staff and workflows.
• Monitor productivity and address performance gaps.
• Enforce safety and quality standards; ensure accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, slotting, sanitation, equipment usage, and truck loading operations.
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy and prepare route invoices.
• Establish and manage nightly loading schedules and review pick sheets for discrepancies.
• Secure the facility after daily business hours and maintain records in company systems.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and values.
