This role supervises warehouse staff, maintains safety and productivity standards, and ensures that orders are processed accurately and on time.Core ResponsibilitiesStrong leadership, communication, and team-building skills are important.Experience managing performance, attendance, and productivity metrics.Experience in improving warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, and safety metrics.
