Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in Ohio is seeking a supervisor to run the day-to-day receiving, selection and loading operations and maintain productivity for hourly team members, modeling the company's values of safety and integrity.

You will communicate with managers, plan staffing daily/weekly, ensure order accuracy, train associates, and generate labor reports to meet budget and divisional goals.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and recommend solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with fellow supervisors and Manager on daily operational activities.
• Manage and promote safety and sanitation in all areas.
• Plan production/staffing need on a daily, weekly, period basis.
• Work with other areas to maximize productivity and performance.
• Monitor and meet all order accuracy requirements/expectations.
• Conduct meetings with hourly associates.
• Oversee the personnel records for all associates.
• Help develop and train hourly associates.
• Generate distribution/service center productivity reports regarding labor standards and accounts for all labor hours, adhering to budget requirements.
