Job summary

Kroger West Liberty, OH is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our distribution center. You will drive cost control, monitor KPIs and ensure safe, compliant processes while upholding our core values of respect, honesty, integrity and inclusion.

You'll plan staffing, coach team members, and partner with the leadership team to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment. On-site role with opportunities for growth within the Kroger Family.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years supervision experience in Distribution.
• Associate Degree.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage staffing, training, evaluation and development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Plan and control operating costs and facility budgets.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure order accuracy and customer-first focus.
• Supervise and coach direct reports with performance reviews.
