Job summary

Armada in Romeoville, IL seeks a Supervisor Warehouse Operations for 3rd shift to lead hourly staff and ensure safe, efficient warehouse processes.

You will drive performance, oversee Receiving, Picking, Shipping, Quality, and Cycle Counting, and partner with management on corrective actions. Strong analytical skills, forklift ability, and knowledge of WMS/TMS are required. Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business or 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to operate a forklift and use Microsoft Excel.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse operations and case picking in high velocity environments.
• General supply chain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the building is secured at shift end and daily turnover is created.
• Communicate container numbers to carriers and review stock outs.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and provide coaching to employees.
• Lead shift startup meetings and drive KPI progress.
• Coordinate with Ops Manager on corrective actions and workflow improvements.
• Supervise 10-40 hourly employees.
