Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Inventory) to oversee inventory operations, supervise the team, and ensure accuracy across cycles and audits.

You will maintain records in the WMS, analyze data, and implement best practices while complying with safety and company policies. Four years of related experience and a high school diploma are required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED, Minimum four years related experience. Minimum one year supervisory experience; Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Finance or related discipline preferred or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Three years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate inventory control activities, cycle counting, storage and shipping verification
• Lead and train inventory team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages)
• Perform regular cycle counts and support full physical inventory audits
• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS system
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports on inventory performance and trends
• Implement and improve inventory control procedures and best practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Identify and resolve inventory-related issues quickly to minimize operational impact
