Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Schedule and assign work, monitor safety and cleanliness, and ensure equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Lead pre-shift meetings, train associates, and manage staffing, performance, and development.
• Communicate effectively with team members on operational and safety topics.
• Handle reporting, address work-related injuries, and participate in investigations.
