Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse 1 to lead the distribution center team toward productivity, cost, quality and safety goals. You will guide daily work, monitor KPIs and ensure SOP compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating planning, improving processes, training staff, and building partnerships with peers, HR and other departments. Overtime is available and a company bonus based on goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisor or distribution center role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of WMS; AX knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance reporting with KPIs for the distribution center.
• Set daily/weekly goals with department managers and ensure execution.
• Oversee day-to-day activity including planning, flow, and resources.
• Coordinate process improvements across shifts for safety, quality and delivery.
• Build relationships with peers, HR, Asset Protection, Inventory Control, and Transportation.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe operations.
• Train, develop and motivate team; follow SOPs.
• Coach and mentor team to improve performance.
