You will oversee pick, pack and ship functions, ensuring safety, quality and on-time shipments while driving efficiency and coaching staff to develop talent.

With day or night shifts, the role emphasizes operational excellence and collaboration across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to relocate for future growth, preferred.
• Working knowledge of Six Sigma process improvement preferred.
• Medical product experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work assignments and performance of Group Leads and Associates.
• Tracks efficiency and productivity metrics to determine tasks behind- or ahead-of-schedule and provides guidance to ensure safe completion of pick, pack, and ship tasks.
• Schedules and prioritizes work; ensures necessary headcount to achieve objectives.
• Monitors productivity and quality metrics and reports to the Manager, Warehouse Operations.
• Diagnoses root causes of productivity or safety issues and directs staff to resolve them.
• Identifies opportunities to improve operations and supports operational excellence initiatives.
• Participates in interviewing and onboarding of new Associates.
