Job summary

This role involves coordinating daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and managing the flow of goods. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, excellent communication skills, and strong team-building abilities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling of warehouse personnel for shipping and receiving products.
• Direct day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping and receiving.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs to provide a safe workplace.
• Ensure that warehouse personnel are trained according to standard procedures.
