Job summary

Real Floors, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Raleigh, NC. You will lead daily warehouse operations, oversee receiving, inventory control, forklift use, and loading materials for subcontractors. A positive, punctual leader who can drive efficiency is required.

You will manage a small team, coordinate work, perform cycle counts, ensure safety procedures, and maintain equipment. This role offers strong benefits and a collaborative environment with room to grow.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have 2+ years of warehouse leadership and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in inventory control, ordering and tracking using a database system.
• 2 years prior forklift experience and comfort with pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Proficient with Gmail and Google Drive for coordination and data entry.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and warehouse best practices.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and coordinates all warehouse operations.
• Schedules and follows up on work results.
• Maintains inventory with physical counts and computer records.
• Performs cycle counts and full inventories.
• Re-orders supplies as needed.
• Receives and processes flooring products and updates inventory database.
• Verifies delivery accuracy and prepares orders for subcontractors.
• Loads flooring orders for company trucks and creates work orders as needed.
• Maintains warehouse vehicles and equipment; arranges repairs when necessary.
• Oversees warehouse in manager's absence and guides staff.
