Job summary

Impact Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the Atlanta/Norcross area to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations. You will lead a small team of 2–3 people and coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse/logistics supervisory roles, familiarity with logistics software, and strong attention to detail. Onsite schedule with some OT and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in warehouse/logistics with a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with logistics software and TMS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of 2-3 people.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles.
• Move, stack, and organize products.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments.
• Check incoming/outgoing products for damage, quantity, and accuracy; maintain inventory counts.
• Coordinate loading/unloading with carriers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (bills of lading, packing lists).
• Resolve shipping issues with Logistics Manager and internal teams.
• Maintain logistics records.

Job description

Distribution company in Atlanta / Norcross area, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role currently manages a small team of 2-3 people, with great potential for further growth depending on performance. This position is a working supervisor/lead/foreman role.

Pay & Schedule

• $45,000 to $55,000 per year
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, onsite
• Some Saturdays and OT required

What You'll Do

• Manage a small team of 2-3 people
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles
• Move, stack, and organize products
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments
• Check incoming and outgoing products for damage, quantity, and accuracyMaintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Coordinate loading and unloading with carriers, vendors, and suppliers
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms as needed
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or damages with the Logistics Manager and internal teams
• Maintain logistics records

What We're Looking For

• Minmum 2 years previous warehouse and logistics experience in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with logistics software, TMS platforms, or shipping carrier portals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask across warehouse and logistics responsibilities
