Job summary

Recom is seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our fulfillment and logistics facility in Buford, Georgia. You will lead frontline associates, ensure safe, efficient operations, and drive productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping processes.
Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to analyze operational metrics and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily activities of warehouse associates and team leads to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and customer service goals.
Ensure daily work assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.
Monitor workflow throughout the shift and adjust labor resources to meet operational priorities.
Ensure accurate receiving, inventory management, product preparation, shipping, and returns processing.
Promote and enforce safe work practices while maintaining compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, on-time shipment, lead time, safety performance, and labor utilization.
Conduct daily start-up meetings and communicate priorities, safety topics, and performance expectations.
Coach, train, and develop associates to improve performance and support career growth.
Assist with employee performance evaluations, attendance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions in partnership with the Warehouse Manager.
Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA requirements, customer specifications, and standard operating procedures.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and support cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
Support new customer implementations, operational changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with Inventory Control, Transportation, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
