Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve service execution according to milestones.
• Increase productivity by implementing systems and tools to raise efficiency.
• Daily monitoring of Previo and data-entry discrepancy reports.
• Supervise inventory, over/short, and damage controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; train staff.
• Share execution results with the Operations Manager weekly.
