Job summary

Expeditors International is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Laredo, TX to lead a growing team and ensure efficient, compliant operational execution across warehouse activities. You will monitor key metrics, drive training, and develop staff while coordinating with account management and Trade Compliance to document and fulfill customer requirements.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in foreign trade, 2+ years in supervision of distribution/warehouse operations, and MX Customs Brokerage

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in foreign trade or equivalent education/experience.
2+ years supervisor experience in distribution/warehouse.
2+ years MX customs brokerage experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Supervise the team and ensure flawless operational execution and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
Monitor metrics such as timely reviews, RLS, dwell times, and warehouse receipts.
Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, PDPs, coaching, and talent development.
Collaborate with account management and Trade Compliance to document and fulfill customer requirements.
Maintain safety and regulatory compliance across Distribution/Warehouse operations.
