Job summary

ID Logistics US is hiring an Operations Supervisor for our Delanco, NJ site. The role oversees staff workflow, coaches and resolves issues, and links frontline teams with management to improve safety and efficiency.

The on-site position requires 2nd, 1st weekend, and mid-shift coverage with a focus on GMP compliance and exceptional customer service. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with some college level study is required.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follow established procedures for verification of shipments, handling, and inventory control.
• Provide 100% customer satisfaction.
• Build a positive teamwork environment through clear communication.
• Maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Monitor daily safety procedure compliance.
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to keep skills up-to-date.
• Coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers.
• Oversee performance and behavior of associates.
• Maintain GMP compliance for a food-grade warehouse.
• Safety-sensitive position; prioritize safety at all times.
