Overview

At GXO, we are seeking a Supervisor, SC Operations, to lead and motivate our warehouse team. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Details

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:45pm

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations and prepare schedules
• Supervise, train, and coach team members to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain adherence to the company's quality policies and the 7S program
• Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including overtime and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• Managerial or supervisory experience (2+ years)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in an ISO or AS9100 environment
• Warehousing or 3PL experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift various objects
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, kneel
