How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Operations Team, you will support manufacturing operations change management within the Grove City Diesel Engine New Manufacturing Facility. You will support daily operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, acting as a change agent and building a team atmosphere. Working onsite and influencing multiple stakeholders is essential.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of manufacturing experience).
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience supervising large teams is a plus.
• Diesel engine assembly experience.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S concepts.
