Job summary

The It Is Written, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse activities and ensure efficient processes. You will supervise staff, coordinate logistics, and prepare documentation while upholding the church's mission and values.

You will forecast staffing, develop streamlined processes, manage mail and shipping services, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five (5) years in shipping/warehouse environment preferred.
• Three (3) years supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in good standing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate logistics.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of the warehouse staff.
• Forecast staffing levels and workloads daily.
• Develop and review processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain hazard-free work environment and safety compliance.
• Manage mail and shipping services, OSHA/DOT compliance.
• Coordinate packing for events and fulfill orders.
• Perform year-end inventory counts and reporting.
• Communicate with vendors and interdepartmentally.
• Maintain records and prepare necessary documentation.
