Job summary

Weber Distribution LLC seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, supervise associates, and implement action plans that improve efficiency and safety.

The role entails supervising inbound/outbound shipments, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate records. You will be responsible for maintaining OSHA compliance and driving continuous improvement within the distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily supervision of warehouse associates to ensure safe, clean and efficient operation.
• Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments and organizational goals.
• Direct and supervise inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with diverse audiences.
• Maintain records and reports regarding warehouse activity in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and OSHA standards.
