Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Five years shipping/warehouse experience preferred.
• Three years supervisory/manager experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of warehouse staff.
• Forecast staffing needs daily to maintain efficiency.
• Develop and review processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance and training.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory counts.
