Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, guidance, job standards, and performance evaluation.
• Ensures timely, accurate and complete order pulling and proper stop sequence on trucks.
• Ensures stock rotation using first-in/first-out procedures.
• Demonstrates service quality by ensuring associates understand their roles to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Uses warehouse management systems and related tech to maximize productivity and improve performance.
• Maintains building security and safe operation of materials handling; follows health and safety programs.
