Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, order fulfillment, and delivery loading. The role requires supervising administrative staff, coordinating shifts, and maintaining accuracy in paperwork and stock records.

You will ensure first-in/first-out practices and safe operation of material handling equipment. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in a warehouse setting, strong leadership skills, and experience with warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Experience supervising administrative staff and coordinating shift work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, order pulling, loading, and paperwork for delivery.
• Supervise administrative staff: hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Ensure FIFO procedures and accurate stocking of received products.
• Maintain safety and security protocols for warehouse operations.
• Coordinate pick planning with Warehouse Manager and monitor productivity.
• Utilize WMS and related tech to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
