Job summary

FedEx Logistics in California seeks a Warehouse Associate to support Freight Stations, FTZs, and cross-border distributions. You will load/unload freight, operate forklifts and RF devices, and process inventory with the WMS system while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires a HS diploma/GED, relevant warehouse experience, and the ability to obtain MHE certifications. On-site work with competitive hourly pay and benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain certification for all Machine Handling Equipment (MHE) within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload freight on and off trucks.
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, RF/Bluetooth handheld devices, and reach-trucks.
• Receive and sort inventories by SKU/PO, process damage exceptions.
• Use WMS to log, track, and reconcile shipments and returns.
• Lead cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Direct temporary labor in above functions.
