Job summary

Post Consumer Brands is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at our Wilmer, TX facility. You will lead operations to deliver safe, quality service for internal and external customers, and you will train and supervise teammates in shipping, receiving, and inventory management using the WMS.

You will act as a site leader during weekends and night shifts, oversee continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with SQF and PCB requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Experience training and coaching individuals.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations to ensure safe, quality, and efficient service.
• Train and supervise team members and coordinate training.
• Oversee shipping/receiving, inventory, and WMS use.
• Back up Warehouse Lead during weekends and night shifts.
• Maintain site values, policies, and continuous improvement.
